WELSH BOYS' CHAMPIONSHIP

The tournament will be played at CAERNARFON GC from Tuesday, 21 July, 2009 to Thursday 23 July, 2009. Practice rounds - Monday 20th.

Tournament fee £17.00
Handicap Limit - 8.4
Entry limited to 72 competitors. If applications exceed this number a ballot of entries from the highest handicap entrants will take place immediately after the closing date.

There will be 2 qualifying rounds played on Tuesday 21 July.

The 16 players returning the lowest gross scores over 36 holes shall qualify for the match play stages. Ties will be decided by card count back.

The players returning the next 16 lowest scores shall qualify to play in a Match Play Plate event. All ties shall be decided by card count back.

Competitors must register on Monday 20 July between 1200hrs and 1600hrs either:
1. In person at the Championship Office at Caernarfon GC or
2. By telephone - 07921 300 611 or 01633 436040

PLAYERS WHO FAIL TO REGISTER AS OUTLINED ABOVE MAY LOSE THEIR PLACE IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP AND THOSE FROM THE WAITING LIST WILL BE SUBSTITUED.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE USE OF DISTANCE MEASURING DEVICES IS NOT PERMITTED.
