Car Park Competitors may use the main car park. The Scottish Golf Union and Kilmarnock (Barassie) cannot accept responsibility for any damage to cars.
Catering All catering is at the competitor's expense.
Clubhouse The clubhouse will be open at 8.00am. Competitors are permitted the use of the clubhouse facilities.
In all clubhouse areas and on the course casual wear is acceptable for competitors but must be smart. THE WEARING OF JEANS, DENIM TROUSERS, SLEEVELESS OR COLLARLESS SHIRTS, SHELL SUITS AND TRAINING SHOES IS NOT PERMITTED.
GOLF SHOES ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE PUBLIC AREAS OF THE CLUBHOUSE.
Competitors shall not be allowed to purchase alcoholic drinks.
MOBILE PHONES MUST BE SWITCHED OFF IN THE CLUBHOUSE, CAR PARK AND ON THE COURSE.
Changing facilities are available in the Gents Locker Rooms. There are showers available. Competitors planning to use showers are advised to bring their own towel.
Yardage Books and Caddie Cars Yardage books are available for purchase and caddie cars are available for hire both from the Professional’s Shop.
Registration & Play Competitors must register at least 30 minutes prior to their morning starting times as shown on the official draw sheet. The SGU Mobile Championship Office will not be in attendance so competitors are asked to register in the clubhouse at Kilmarnock (Barassie) GC. Each competitor will be issued with a copy of the local rules, pin positions and pace of play guidelines when registering at the SGU desk in the clubhouse.
Competitors will play two rounds on Sunday 13 June.
COMPETITORS MUST REPORT TO THE OFFICIAL STARTER AT THE FIRST TEE 5 MINUTES BEFORE THEY ARE DUE TO PLAY. Competitors are reminded that late arrival at the first tee will result in disqualification as no provision has been made under Rule 6-3.
CADDIES ARE NOT PERMITTED AND COMPETITORS ARE REMINDED THAT THEY MUST NOT SEEK OR ACCEPT ADVICE FROM PARENTS, OTHER COMPETITORS OR ANY OTHER PERSON. NB. "Advice" is any counsel or suggestion that could influence a player in determining his play, the choice of a club or the method of making a stroke.
Etiquette In the interests of all, each competitor should play without delay, leave a bunker as he would expect to find it, replace divots and repair pitch marks.
Practice No official practice rounds will be available. There is a practice area available for use. Competitors should note that only short irons may be used in this area. Players should provide their own practice balls
Presentation There will be no prize presentation. Vouchers will be forwarded to the leading 3 players
Responsibility Kilmarnock (Barassie) and the Scottish Golf Union cannot accept responsibility for players’ property during the event.
