Car Park
Competitors may use the car park. The Scottish Golf Union and East Renfrewshire Golf Club cannot accept responsibility for any damage or theft to property or cars. An overflow facility is also available.

Catering
Catering will be available from 0630 on Saturday 12 June and from 0700 on Sunday 13 & Monday 14 June. Bar snacks and meals will be available throughout the Championship. All food and beverage is at competitors own expense

Clubhouse
The Clubhouse will open at 0630 on Saturday 12 June and 0700 on the following two days. Use of facilities at the Clubhouse will be extended to competitors, officials and press and any guests for the duration of the Championship. Changing facilities and showers are available in the gents locker room, towels will also be available from the club.

THE WEARING OF SLEEVELESS OR COLLARLESS SHIRTS, TRACKSUITS AND TRAINING SHOES IS NOT PERMITTED. Tailored shorts are permitted.

MOBILE PHONES ARE PROHIBITED IN THE VICINITY OF THE CLUBHOUSE AND ON THE COURSE.

Course and Play
Competitors will play two rounds of stroke play over East Renfrewshire GC on Saturday 12 June. The 16 competitors returning the lowest scores will compete in the match play stages commencing on Sunday 13 June. Any ties for the qualifying places will be resolved by the count-back formula. The draw for the match play stages will take place as soon as possible after close of play on Saturday 12 June. Players withdrawing after the match play draw is posted on the notice board will not be replaced.

Competitors must report to the Championship Office at least 30 minutes prior to their starting time where a copy of the local rules and pin positions will be issued. Starting times are shown in the official draw sheet.

COMPETITORS MUST REPORT TO THE OFFICIAL STARTER AT THE FIRST OR TENTH TEE 5 MINUTES BEFORE THEY ARE DUE TO PLAY. Competitors are reminded that late arrival at the first tee will result in disqualification as no provision has been made under Rule 6-3.

Insurance
Your entry fee includes cover in respect of competitor’s legal liability in the event of them causing injury to another person or damage to a third party property. An excess of £15 will apply.

Practice
The Club has kindly granted competitors courtesy of the course for one practice round prior to the Championship on Friday 11 June. Times are available on a first come first served basis. Bookings for practice times must be made in advance by telephoning East Renfrewshire GC Professional Shop on 01355 500206. Please note that any practice over East Renfrewshire GC out with the official practice day is at the discretion of the club and cannot be guaranteed.

Any competitor wishing to play more than one practice round may contact the club to book a time. Additional practice rounds will be charged at half, £22.50 per round and £30.00 per day

A practice ground is available at East Renfrewshire GC. Numbers will be limited to this area and all competitors must play within the designated area, seed all divots and provide their own balls.

Other than in accordance with the Rules of Golf, a competitor in a practice round must not have more than one ball in play. Exception - if a player misses the green with his shot to the green, he may play one additional shot.

Presentation
The bronze medals will be presented directly after the semi finals at approximately 12:30 on Monday 14 June. Both the silver and gold medallists and Championship Trophy will be presented at the close of play after the final on Monday 14 June at approximately 16:00. All medal winners are required to be present.

Responsibility
East Refrewshire Golf Club and the Scottish Golf Union cannot accept responsibility for players’ property during the Championship or on practice days.

Trolleys and Yardage Books
The Professionals Shop has a supply of trolleys for hire on a first come first serve basis. Yardage charts are also available for purchase.
