Car Park
Competitors, parents and guardians may use the golf club car park, an overflow facility is available. The Scottish Golf Union and Forrester Park Resort cannot accept responsibility for any damage to cars.

Catering
Coffee and morning rolls will be available from 8.00am. Snacks and lunch will be available throughout the day. All catering is at the competitor's expense.

Clubhouse
The clubhouse will be open from 8.00am. Competitors and guests are permitted the use of the clubhouse facilities. In all clubhouse areas and on the course casual wear is acceptable for competitors but must be smart. THE WEARING OF JEANS, DENIM TROUSERS, SLEEVELESS OR COLLARLESS SHIRTS AND TRAINING SHOES IS NOT PERMITTED.

MOBILE PHONES MUST BE SWITCHED OFF IN THE CLUBHOUSE AND ON THE COURSE.

Yardage Books and Caddie Cars
Yardage books are available for purchase and trollies are available for hire from the Professional’s Shop. These will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Registration & Play
Competitors must report to the SGU Registration Desk in the clubhouse at least 30 minutes prior to their morning starting times as shown on the official draw sheet.

Competitors will play one round on Sunday 7 March.

COMPETITORS MUST REPORT TO THE OFFICIAL STARTER AT THE FIRST TEE 5 MINUTES BEFORE THEY ARE DUE TO PLAY. Competitors are reminded that late arrival at the first tee will result in disqualification as no provision has been made under Rule 6-3.

CADDIES ARE NOT PERMITTED AND COMPETITORS ARE REMINDED THAT THEY MUST NOT SEEK OR ACCEPT ADVICE FROM PARENTS, OTHER COMPETITORS OR ANY OTHER PERSON. NB. "Advice" is any counsel or suggestion that could influence a player in determining his play, the choice of a club or the method of making a stroke.

Etiquette
In the interests of all, each competitor should play without delay, leave a bunker as he would expect to find it, replace divots and repair pitch marks.

Practice
There is no official practice round but competitors may contact Forrester Park Resort to organise to play the course prior to the event. Bookings are subject to availability. Competitors should contact Forrester Park, professional’s shop on 01383 880505 for times and fees.

There is a practice range, practice balls can be purchased from the professional shop.

Winter Series OOM
Competitors will receive points relative to finishing position and these will count towards the Winter Series Under 16’s Order of Merit.

Responsibility
Forrester Park Resort and the Scottish Golf Union cannot accept responsibility for players’ property during the event.
