Car Park Competitors may use the main car park, although space is limited. Therefore, overflow parking is available on the street. The Scottish Golf Union and Glen Golf Club cannot accept responsibility for any damage to cars.
Catering Coffee and morning rolls will be available from 8.00am. Snacks and lunch will be available throughout the day. All catering is at the competitor's expense.
Clubhouse The clubhouse will be open from 8.00am. Competitors and guests are permitted the use of the clubhouse facilities. In all clubhouse areas and on the course casual wear is acceptable for competitors but must be smart. THE WEARING OF JEANS, SLEEVELESS OR COLLARLESS SHIRTS AND TRAINING SHOES IS NOT PERMITTED. Competitors shall not be allowed to purchase alcoholic drinks or play fruit machines.
MOBILE PHONES MUST BE SWITCHED OFF IN THE CLUBHOUSE, CAR PARK AND ON THE COURSE.
Changing facilities are available in the Gents Locker Rooms. There are showers available. Competitors planning to use showers are advised to bring their own towel. There are a limited amount of lockers which may be used on a first come first served basis.
Yardage Books and Caddie Cars Caddie cars and yardage books are available for hire on a first come first served basis.
Registration & Play Competitors must report to the SGU Registration Desk in the clubhouse at least 30 minutes prior to their morning starting times as shown on the official draw sheet.
Competitors will play one round on Sunday 31 October.
COMPETITORS MUST REPORT TO THE OFFICIAL STARTER AT THE FIRST TEE 5 MINUTES BEFORE THEY ARE DUE TO PLAY. Competitors are reminded that late arrival at the first tee will result in disqualification as no provision has been made under Rule 6-3.
CADDIES ARE NOT PERMITTED AND COMPETITORS ARE REMINDED THAT THEY MUST NOT SEEK OR ACCEPT ADVICE FROM PARENTS, OTHER COMPETITORS OR ANY OTHER PERSON. NB. "Advice" is any counsel or suggestion that could influence a player in determining his play, the choice of a club or the method of making a stroke.
Etiquette In the interests of all, each competitor should play without delay, leave a bunker as he would expect to find it, replace divots and repair pitch marks.
Practice There is no official practice round but competitors may contact Glen Golf Club where subject to availability they may seek to book a practice round for £10.00. This price refers to the competitor only and does not extend to any family or friends wishing to accompany them. Players must contact The Glen directly on 01620 892726 for times. Bookings are subject to availability.
Winter Series OOM Competitors will receive points relative to finishing position and these will count towards the Winter Series Under 16’s Order of Merit.
Responsibility Glen Golf Club and the Scottish Golf Union cannot accept responsibility for players’ property during the event.

From the east: travelling on the A1, at Thistly Cross roundabout take the third exit signposted A198, North Berwick. Join the A198 after approximately 2 miles. In North Berwick follow signs to the East Links Golf Course.
