PIN POSITIONS Please find below a sample Pin Position chart, similar to the one you will be issued with each day on the 1st Tee. All measurements are in paces from a spot marked on the most forward part of the green. The 1st hole position is illustrated; that is 10 paces from the most forward part of the green to the pin and 6 paces from the pin to the nearest edge, the left edge.
A pin that is the same distance from both sides is indicated with a C for centre (see hole 3) It is important to note that the distance the pin is on the green is from the most forward part of the green and not the nearest front edge to the hole.
