Onsdagskomiteen sammensætter holdene. Der tages hensyn til dine specielle ønsker til hvem du vil spille på hold med når du tilmelder dig (gælder kun april og maj, som forsøgsordning). Alle der ønsker at spille med, skal selv tilmelde sig.

Hvis holdet ikke er fuldtalligt, tildeles det en Pedro på 27 point.

Derudover er der nærmest flaget præmier på hul 3, 6, 10 og 12 som er sponsoreret af Golfcafe'en. Husk at checke startlisten mht. hvilke hold, der har ansvaret for at tage nærmest-flaget materialet med ind i klubhuset og aflevere dette til komitéen efter runden.

Shot of the Year 2012 er en gemmegående konkurrence nærmest flaget på hul 3, hvor der udover normal præmien fra Golfcaféen (1 fl. whisky) også tildeles 2 stk. greenfee billetter til Dayz Rømø Links bane. Når året er omme findes årets bedste på hul 3, som bliver præmieret med et gavekort til Dayz på ikke mindre end 3.000 kr.

Efter turneringen er der fælles spisning kl. 21:00 med præmieoverrækkelse.

NB! Stableford point skal altid sammentælles også ved slagspil.
Manglende sammentæling vil medføre, at man ikke deltager i dagens match og der gives ikke årspoint. Der vil dog ske en evt. handicap regulering.
